Before posting links make sure you post them in the correct forum.

· Read the forum descriptions found on the board index.

Next you need to make sure that your subject line is correct.

These rules apply for the DVD (DVDR, DVD5, DVD9, DVD10, DVD14, DVD18) forum only, rules for other forums can be found within the respective forums.

Enter the subject line in this order:
Required: IMDb Movie Title.
Required: IMDb Year (in parentheses automatically, if movie has a year in the title, put 2 dots before the year (e.g. ..2001) to remove parentheses).
Optional: If there is a commentary audio stream, add a (+Commentary) tag. If there is more than one commentary stream, use (.Commentary.x2) etc.
Optional: If there are links in the thread for movie extras, deleted scenes etc., add an (+Extras) tag.
Required: If the movie is dubbed and does not include the original language as a secondary audio stream, add (Language.Dubbed) (e.g. (Español.Dubbed)) in addition to the trailing language tag.
Required: If there are hardcoded subtitles, add (Language.Subbed) (e.g. (Nederlands.Subbed) or (English.Subbed).
Required: Special edition tags (e.g. UNRATED, UNCUT, UNCENSORED, EXTENDED, REMASTERED, CRiTERiON, SUPERBiT, SE, Directors.Cut etc.).
Optional: Extra scene tags (e.g. LiMiTED, STV, FESTiVAL etc. please no TV or READNFO tags).
Optional: iNTERNAL release tag (iNT)
Required: Fullscreen tag (FS) if the aspect ratio is in the range of 1.200:1 to 1.399:1. Widesceen (WS) is always assumed if there is no FS tag, so there's no need for it.
Required: Scene release 'fix' tags (e.g. PROPER, REPACK, FiXED, RERiP, REAL etc.).
Required: Source (e.g. DVDR, DVD5, DVD9 etc.).
Required: TV standard (PAL or NTSC).
Required: Release group/Releaser (if available) (e.g. HLS, JeSuS, Vgroupteam etc.).
Required: Language ISO 639-1 code in square brackets (e.g. [JP] ; see below for details - pay special attention if the file has more than one audio stream!).

IMDb.Title.(aka.Title).(IMDb.Year).(+Commentary).(+Extras).(Language.Dubbed).(Language.Subbed).CRiTERiON.LiMiTED.iNT.FS.PROPER.Source.TV.Standard-ReleaseGroup [Language]

· Apart from the space separating the language tag from the release group, there should be no spaces anywhere in the subject line, it is all dots except for the dash before the release group.
· Automatic rules are in place to fix mistakes in the subject lines.
· Some of these rules change the first letter case on some words (e.g. the, and etc.) if you want a capital letter enter the first letter twice (e.g. TThe, AAnd etc.).

List of frequently occurring languages, and how they should be denominated in the tag (as per ISO 639-1):

· Tag with the language the rip is in, which is not necessarily the original language; e.g. [MD] for a Mandarin dub of "Batman Begins".
· Should you be unable to identify the language spoken, say so in your post and someone will help you.

· If the file has two or more audio streams, include all in the [Language] tag, separated by a slash: / (e.g. [EN/ES]).
· Note that this does NOT apply to movies with more than one spoken language in only one audio stream; in such cases, add only the predominant language as tag.

Now that you have a proper subject line you can read Posting movies on STF - The Guide. to see what content you need in your post.

Please note that while screenshots are not mandatory in this particular section of the forum, they are appreciated nonetheless.

Updated the rules.

This was mostly done to rework the layout and clarify some of the finer points; if you knew and know the last set of rules and didn't have to have your subject lines corrected by staff in the past months, there is no need for you to read through them again.
