Give this a try:
Audio Extractor - Extract sound from video online
http://audio-extractor.net/
Online Audio Extractor is a handy software for audio extracting.
It can help you to extract sound streams from your favorite videos and save them as OGG, MP3, Wave or FLAC files.

The interface is very simple. To extract audio tracks from video files, just open video from your computer, select proper output format, and click the "Extract audio" button.

The application supports all major video formats (AVI, FLV, MP4, MPG, MOV, RM, 3GP, WMV, VOB and other).

Try this..works great if you have Firefox installed..No software, just an extension...Will DL VeVo as well..some of the apps choke on them for some reason....

I think I have mentioned this in another discussion somewhere on here but, at the risk of sounding like a broken record, there is 'Torch' which is a browser that downloads the media and extracts the audio too. Give it a whirl

You only have to enter the URL in the box and click on GRAB it.
The desktop version is the trial version.

Downloadhelper is not good as Grab it.

Your using IE :P

People "ie" (software Developers) tend not to write Browser plug in's for IE as its So Vulnerable with to many Security holes
suggest you install
Firefox or chrome as a browser then you can use the various plug in's to dl your pop up video

you also might then want to check out the wide range of plug in's for both Firefox or chrome

Add Blocker Ghostery no script do not track
all those will help keep your browser safer

PS the URL i posted was for Firefox ( plug in ) so guess what its no surprise that it won't work for IE

If you don't want to post the url (site)(Disney), then tell us which chrome plugin.

I use "Camtasia Studio 8". It may not be exactly what you are looking for but works great for me. :?

Video Grabber is the best free online video grab app which helps you grab videos from YouTube, vimeo, dailymotion, break and other online video sites. By entering video URL address and click download, videograbber.net will automatically detect and find the real video file for you, you only need to save video to your PC. So that's the process: Copy Video URL, Paste URL, Download video, easy as 1, 2, and 3.

Probably a bit late now for the post but http://www.ytddownloader.com/ its completely free no need to upgrade it if you don't want too, its extremely fast have been using it myself for a couple years now, it is also a converter so if you need to change any formats.
