Don't think you can use the command line but:

Check this out:
How to Dual-Boot Windows 10 with Windows 7 or 8
http://www.howtogeek.com/197647/how-to- ... ws-7-or-8/

Of course activate with MTK or use it for 90 days.
And if you like Windows 10, than remove the duel-boot and do the free upgrade.

Hi Will I would thank you but there's no little thank you button, but thanks I thought you'd have an answer.

I have a drive empty 300gb that I thought I'd dual boot with my current Windows 7 Ult until I see if I like 10 or not.

Can I dual boot 32bit Windows 7 Ult and 64bit Windows 10?

Yeah I was thinking of using a command line but it doesn't like it.
