Windows.7.RemoveWAT.2.2.5.by.Hazar

Image

Code: Select all

WORKS ON ALL EDITIONS OF 7/R2!

NOT FOR VISTA/ORIGINAL SERVER 2008!!!!

IMPROVEMENTS SINCE 1.0:
renames slmgr on x64 aswell
Works on unicode systems
silent mode with /s switch
UI tweaked slightly
No reboot neccessary
Passes WGA on X64

This is a little tool I put together to remove WAT (Windows Activation Technologies) completely from the OS, whilst still retaining
genuine status and receiving all updates (optional aswell). You can also pass the genuine check in things like Windows Defender.
There will be no windows activation section in control panel (thanks to nononsence)
no slmgr
no nags, no prompts, nothing. WAT gone.

IMPORTANT NOTES/INSTRUCTIONS IN ARCHIVE!

Version 2.2.5
Update:
Fully protects from WAT Update (KB971033)
Disables trial time bomb in evaluation ISOs fully

Only Use This IF Windows 7 Loader by Daz 1.7.7 Doesn't Work for you !!!!

Installion and Use:
1. UnRAR
2. Run as Adminstrator
3. Click on Remove WAT button
Enjoy !!!

To Return Windows 7 to Original State:
1. UnRAR
2. Run as Adminstrator
3. Click on Restore WAT button

Have you guys been getting WAT popups saying that Windows is not genuine... ?? I get them once in a while after applying the crack... I can use everything and I have no messages on the program bar... just popup windows with the WAT message. ?? :?

I have used this and as it said it removed the kb971033 update.
The only problem I have noticed is I am not getting anymore updates - even though I have the option to download updates and let me install, nothing happens.
I see Windows Defender is updating without prompting me to install the update.
Has anyone else noticed anything different with update.

works like a charm.I woke up with the black screen and windows not geniune message about 5 days ago,I installed remove WAT and boom back to normal. My updates are dowwnloading as they usually would and I have it set to let me choose what to install but beware with the WAT if you dont have it checked in the updae box and you restart windows will install it anyway thats how I got into this situation. But great crack it works fine for me

It has returned, however can still be ignored when you want to. This however won't be the case for long, as rumor abound SP1 will contain this like it or not. Just to wait and see.

Hello, I did the kb971033 update by mistake, I got lazy, I guess. Anyway, I tried system restore,, no luck. Then I deleted the software distribution file but that did nothing. Then I downloaded WAT.2.2.5.
SO FAR SO GOOD. But did I change or mess up my Windows updates because of deleting the windows software distribution file?

As with others, I updated (not Genuine Advantage - ain't I clever !!!!) and bingo: black desktop and message saying Windows is fake.
Thanks to you guys, I ran Remove.WAT and everything seems to have returned to normal. Great Work :D

Thanks a lot, it sure did :D

Ater you do all this you have to validate online (http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/) and your system will be genuine again :)

I just successfully used this program (recommended by deadbodyman) after a BIOS reset triggered Windows 7 to say it wasn't genuine.

Thanks to deadbodyman and dudeuk. :v

That removewat 2.2.6 worked perfectly for me on both a x86 and a x64, many thanks... :shh it did set off my AVG as having a trojan, but I ignored it when done removed it and scanned with both AVG and Malwarebytes and nothing came up, probably a false positive....

I own a legal copy of windows and after these last updates it said i wasn't genuine. MS and i went rounds for about 4hrs before they finally agree'd i did own it. Get the latest loader, or removewat one of them is bound to work.
