It is a doc, but it's also a screener. I thought screeners went in nonretail and when the dvdrip comes out it goes in docs. At least that's what I've done before.

Documentaries, no matter the quality, go in the Documentaries section. :) It's very well possible there have been oversights about this in the past, and I'm sure there will be more in the future.
